Electronic delivery provides efficient internal control as well as cost savings. You may also transfer stock certificates directly.
Instructions for both methods of giving are included below. In either case, the donor or transferring broker must provide the following information, for audit and acknowledgment purposes:
Donor’s name and complete address
Name and number of securities transferred
Name of brokerage house or other entity handling the transfer
