Lambs Farm believes that a fulfilling life includes time for relationships, sports and the development of hobbies and interests

Wellness Program

The Wellness Center provides participants with opportunities to pursue healthy behaviors in three main ways: Healthy Lambs, Special Olympics and Recreation.

Healthy Lambs: This program is designed to meet the needs of anyone willing to exercise. This exercise could be cardiovascular, strength training or a healthy activity around the Farm or in the community. 

Special Olympics: The ten Special Olympic sports are tremendously popular and offered year-round (Basketball, Softball, Snowshoeing, Swimming, Track & Field, Bowling, FUNdamentals, Bocce Ball, Golf and Floor Hockey). Seasons often overlap with practices being help six days a week.

Recreation: Recreation is the core of participants social well-being. A popular activity, Rec Nite Out, allows participants to explore the community. From car shows and Major League Baseball games to seeing a show or setting an exercise goal, the Wellness department offers several programs that benefit the residents health and wellness. 

Quest and Fine Arts Program


Quest is a life enrichment program that offers opportunities for participants to pursue their personal goals. Classes are offered in a variety of areas, including social, leisure, education, wellness and community. Class topics include arts and crafts, baking, bowling, computers, library, therapeutic horseback riding, and travel.

The Fine Arts program provides a variety of classes in visual and performing arts, including musical theater, art history, DIY gifts and talent shows.
