We are seeking an individual to supervise and train the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, Accounting Clerks, Staff Accountant, and Senior Accountant).  You will be working with the Controller in the assignment of job duties and responsibilities within the Department.  There will be specific accounting responsibilities on a monthly and annual basis.  Some examples are preparation of journal entries, billing oversight, and annual audit work.  A bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of seven years of experience in general accounting, plus prior management experience is preferred. You must pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening.



We are seeking a dynamic, customer–oriented Operations Manager to provide leadership and management across our production facility and retail outlet, and support the company’s mission by training and developing an exceptional production team that includes adults with developmental disabilities to go along with our delicious products. The position entails management of all day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards; preserving excellent levels of internal and external customer service; purchasing goods; continuous process improvement; identifying customer needs and responding proactively to all of their concerns; growing the team through recruitment, training and performance management; establishing targets, schedules, policies and procedures; providing two-way communication and nurturing an ownership environment with an emphasis on teamwork; complying with all health and safety regulations; and reporting to management regarding sales results and productivity.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent with at least five years of experience in a specialty food related field. Including food production/management experience, a working knowledge of sanitation requirements, merchandising and product development and computer literacy with various software applications, e.g., Microsoft Word & Excel, POS, etc. Knowledge of production procedures relating to baked goods, confectionery items, and jams/sauces is a plus. Ideal candidates must possess excellent management and production planning skills, and be comfortable working in a professional environment where teamwork, attitude, work ethic and accountability matter.


We are seeking a part time employee for the Farmyard & Attractions at Lambs Farm.  Experience in public interaction required. Candidate must demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to perform tasks independently. As a part time employee, you will be responsible for a variety of daily job tasks, which include: daily animal care (providing food, water and a clean living area), daily operations upkeep (ensuring a clean and tidy workplace, clean and uncluttered public space for visitors, checking and tending to public amenities), monthly feed/supply deliveries (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. for extended periods of time while performing repetitive movements), provide customer service (answer questions, cashiering, operating rides), assist with tracking feed and supplies, and supervise adults with developmental disabilities. Other duties assigned as well. The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job. It is not a comprehensive list of all job responsibilities. Part time staff responsibilities will have a greater emphasis customer service while ensuring a cleanly amusement area and smooth daily operation of attractions. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision is a must. Positive, upbeat attitude and previous experience in retail or customer service environment desired.


 Join the team at the Magnolia Cafe & Bakery which is a full service family restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, Friday and Saturday dinners and banquets. We are seeking a full-time server.




Assist with miscellaneous clerical duties of a medical office.  This position may include transporting and accompanying Participants to their medical, dental, and ancillary appointments or procedures.  Must be able to communicate to health practitioners the needs of the participants and report health appointment outcomes in detail. Ideal candidate must be able to physically assist participants when required, have initiative, excellent attendance; detail oriented and able to work independently. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.  Basic computer skills – Microsoft Word and e-mail, Excel and/or Access a definite plus. Must be able speak, read, and write English. Satisfactory completion of paid DSP training within 120 days of employment required. Valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months required.  Guaranteed 29 hours per week; daytime hours between 9 and 5 pm Monday through Friday (days and hours negotiable).



The person selected for this position is responsible for the behavior and residential programming for a select caseload of Participants. Duties include behavior plan creation and monitoring, Individual Service Plan creation and monitoring, Participant assessment, coordination of both necessary and preferred activities for the individuals on the caseload, and direct care as needed.  Minimum requirements for the position include one year of experience working directly with people who have a diagnosis of an Intellectual and/or Developmental Disability, a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record for previous 12 months, pass a criminal back ground check, physical and drug screening.  The person selected must be QIDP approved at hire and then successfully complete the 40 hour QIDP Orientation course within six months of hire.  Training as needed will be provided by Lambs Farm.


We are seeking a clerical assistant with at least 2 years of office experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access. Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects. This position may include transporting and accompanying Participants to the DMV or other offices to update their ID/RTA cards and other documents. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Valid driver’s license with good driving record required. Position is 29 hours a week; work hours between 9 am and 5 pm (days and hours negotiable).



We are seeking a caring individual to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire.  One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available (classes held Monday-Friday during normal business hours). You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.  Starting rate is $10.33 per hour.  Part time and full time 2nd and 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available.



We are seeking a caring individual to supervise and ensure the safety of Participants utilizing the Recreation weekend programs. Empower the participants to achieving outcomes that match their interests and abilities. High school diploma and experience in the field of developmental disabilities required. Must be able to physically train and assist persons in sports and fitness activities. You must be 18, have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and pass a criminal back ground check, physical and drug screening. Paid DSP certification training program is available but you must be flexible with DSP classes for the first 120 days or employment ( class held Monday-Friday during normal business hours ).Hours: Monday – Thursday 2:30 pm – 7:00 pm and
Fridays 2:30 – 5 pm.
