We are seeking an individual to assist Director of Facility Management in the management of Lambs Farm’s various facilities, physical plant and transportation vehicles, keeping them well maintained, clean and safe.  Proficient computer skills are a must, as is the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.  Three to five years’ prior supervisory experience required. Certificate from American Society of Safety Engineers in Safety Management or equivalent preferred.  Valid driver’s license free of moving violations for the previous 12 months is required.


We are seeking someone to manage overall business and production operation of a retail outlet and commercial food production operation.  This person will also provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities.  A high school diploma or equivalent with at least five years of experience in specialty food related field is required.  You must be familiar with food production, sanitation requirements, merchandising and product development.  Knowledge of production procedures relating to baked goods, confectionary items, and jams/sauces beneficial.  Excellent management and production planning skills required. 

The Magnolia Cafe & Bakery  is seeking a part time cook to be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation and line cooking. You must complete food sanitation course, which will be provided. You will be training and assisting adults with developmental disabilities in various job tasks. Experience preferred but not required. Part time hours and days may vary.

We are seeking someone to manage the day-to-day operations of Dogwood Garden & Pet Center. Duties include pricing, preparing orders, merchandising, customer service, animal experience, inventory control & training/supervision of staff and participants. Assist Manager with budgeting process & monthly financial performance review. High School diploma or equivalent plus 2 or more years of retail sales experience, knowledge and background in animal care. Hours: Sunday – Thursday 8am-5pm.

High School diploma or equivalent with knowledge of domestic animals i.e., cats, dogs, birds, fish. You must be able to read sales contract to customers during time of purchase. Primary focus is assistance with animal care and the maintenance of a clean work environment, along with customer service skills, training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities.

We are seeking an individual to assist in the operation and maintenance of a clean, organized animal exhibition and amusement area. Assist with safe and efficient ride operation of available attractions (Train, Carousel, Tractor Ride, Bounce House) and provide training and supervision of adults with developmental disabilities. Provide hands on experience with both animal care and public interaction desirable, but not required. Individual must have ability to perform tasks independently.  You must have valid drivers license with no moving violations for past 12 months. Part time flexible hours are available seven days a week.


We are seeking caring individuals to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire.  One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available. You must have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months. Starting rate is $10.33 per hour. Full and part time 2nd & 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available.

We are seeking a part-time Registered Nurse or LPN.  This would be a perfect position for a stay-at-home mom/dad, retired or someone looking to add a small second job to provide you with a little extra cash and also be very rewarding at the same time.  Preferred candidate would have at least 2 years nursing experience and must be currently registered in the State of Illinois as an RN or LPN. Knowledge of ICF/DD regulations is preferred but not required.  This position will assist in maintaining the health and well-being for participants in ICF/DD, CLF and CILA in accordance with government regulations. A valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months is required.   Twenty four hours a pay-period is guaranteed and it will require one shift of a Sunday evening every other weekend.


The Job Coach provides supported employment training for persons working in the community and on grounds. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. High School diploma and one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. You must be physically able to train persons on job tasks, have effective verbal and written skills plus valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months. Basic computer skills preferred. You must possess skills to work independently with outside vendors.
