You will be working with the Controller in the assignment of job duties and responsibilities within the Department. A bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of seven years of experience in general accounting, plus prior experience in managing a multi-person department and coordination of audit is preferred. You must have 5+ years in IT or Business Systems leadership role, and understanding of technology as well as ability to apply solutions to business problems. Candidate must pass a criminal back ground check and drug test.
MARKETING/SPECIAL EVENTS ASSISTANT

We are seeking an individual to assist in the operation and maintenance of a clean, organized animal exhibition and amusement area. Assist with safe and efficient ride operation of available attractions (Train, Carousel, Tractor Ride, Bounce House) and provide training and supervision of adults with developmental disabilities. Provide hands on experience with both animal care and public interaction desirable, but not required. Individual must have ability to perform tasks independently. You must have valid drivers license with no moving violations for past 12 months. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Part time, full time and seasonal flexible hours are available seven days a week.
BAKERY/SUGAR MAPLE COUNTRY STORE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT
We are seeking an individual to provide production of consistently high quality specialty foods including primarily confectionery/chocolate products as well as sauces, spreads, and baked good items. You would provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities and must be able to work independently. A High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of food production, chocolate tempering and bakery experience is required. You must have or obtain a sanitation certificate and be able to lift at least 25 lbs. You must have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months and pass a criminal back ground check and drug test.
We are seeking an individual that would be responsible for the care of all grounds, contracted areas, light road and sidewalk repairs; which includes lawns, trees, shrubs, and litter and garbage removal; in winter includes snow and ice removal. You will assist in the training of Lambs Participant grounds crew in the areas of plant care, the safe use of riding and push lawn mowers, weed eaters and snow blowers. This position may also require the repair and upkeep of department’s mechanical and power equipment. A high school diploma or equivalent plus experience in grounds care, landscaping and snow removal. You must have a valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months, be able to lift up to 60 pounds and pass a criminal back ground check and drug test.
Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.
We are seeking an individual that is experienced and has knowledge in housekeeping/janitorial cleaning tasks. You must have experience in operating commercial rotary floor scrubbing equipment and carpet extraction machines. You must be a self-starter with ability to follow directions. In addition, must be able to verbally communicate to and direct the activities of adults with developmental disabilities. You must have a valid driver’s license with no moving violations for past 12 months. Candidate must pass a criminal back ground check and drug test.
Full time hours: Monday-Friday 9am.-5:30pm & Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
WEEKEND RECREATION SPECIALIST – P/T
We are seeking a caring individual to supervise and ensure the safety of Participants utilizing the Recreation weekend programs. Empower the participants to achieving outcomes that match their interests and abilities. High school diploma and experience in the field of developmental disabilities required. Must be able to physically train and assist persons in sports and fitness activities. You must be 18, have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months and pass a criminal back ground check and drug test. Hours: Fridays- 5:30-9:30pm, Saturdays- 9am-5pm, Sundays- 1pm-5pm. Starting pay: $10.33 per hour.
DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
We are seeking a caring individual to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire. One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available. You must have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months. Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening. Starting rate is $10.33 per hour. Part time and full time shift positions that include working weekends available.
The Job Coach provides supported employment training for persons working in the community and on grounds. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. High School diploma and one year experience working with people with developmental disabilities required. Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred. You must be physically able to train persons on job tasks, have effective verbal and written skills plus valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the past 12 months. HBS FACILITATOR/VOCATIONAL MANAGER
The HBS Facilitator/Vocational Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of individual programs for persons with developmental disabilities in community employment settings and assist individuals and families in utilizing Home Based Services funding. A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services field plus one year experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. The person selected must be QIDP approved or able to complete the QIDP training within 6 months of employment. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening.
