FACILITY MANAGEMENT:

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF FACILITY MANAGEMENT
We are seeking an individual to assist Director of Facility Management in the management of Lambs Farm’s various facilities, physical plant and transportation vehicles, keeping them well maintained, clean and safe.  Proficient computer skills are a must, as is the ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.  Three to five years’ prior supervisory experience required. Certificate from American Society of Safety Engineers in Safety Management or equivalent preferred.  Valid driver’s license free of moving violations for the previous 12 months is required.

DEVELOPMENT:

DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT
Responsibilities include processing acknowledgment letters, continually updating the database, generating various reports and mailing lists, organizing and maintaining central files, assisting the Development team on special projects, events and other fundraising initiatives. Responsible for other administrative and clerical duties as assigned. This position reports to the Director of Development.   You must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel with strong computer skills and be able to coordinate multiple projects at one time. Knowledge of Raiser’s Edge a plus. You should possess excellent written and oral communication skills plus a high energy level.

OPERATIONS:

BAKERY/SUGAR MAPLE COUNTRY STORE OPERATION MANAGER
We are seeking someone to manage overall business and production operation of a retail outlet and commercial food production operation.  This person will also provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities.  A high school diploma or equivalent with at least five years of experience in specialty food related field is required.  You must be familiar with food production, sanitation requirements, merchandising and product development.  Knowledge of production procedures relating to baked goods, confectionary items, and jams/sauces beneficial.  Excellent management and production planning skills required. 

COOK
The Magnolia Cafe & Bakery  is seeking a part time cook to be responsible for maintaining kitchen sanitation and line cooking. You must complete food sanitation course, which will be provided. You will be training and assisting adults with developmental disabilities in various job tasks. Experience preferred but not required. Part time hours and days may vary.

FARMYARD & ATTRACTIONS STAFF
We are seeking an individual to assist in the operation and maintenance of a clean, organized animal exhibition and amusement area. Assist with safe and efficient ride operation of available attractions (Train, Carousel, Tractor Ride, Bounce House) and provide training and supervision of adults with developmental disabilities. Provide hands on experience with both animal care and public interaction desirable, but not required. Individual must have ability to perform tasks independently.  You must have valid drivers license with no moving violations for past 12 months. Full time and part time flexible hours are available seven days a week.

WAITSTAFF
We are seeking a part time server for The Magnolia Cafe & Bakery which is a full service restaurant. We are open for breakfast, lunch, Friday and Saturday dinner and banquets. You must be 18 years of age. Hours are flexible and does include working weekends.

RESIDENTIAL:

DIRECT SUPPORT PERSON
We are seeking caring individuals to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire.  One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available. You must have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months. Starting rate is $10.33 per hour. Full and part time 2nd & 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available.

VOCATIONAL:

VOCATIONAL MANAGER
The Vocational Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of individual programs for person with developmental disabilities in employment settings. A Bachelor’s degree in Education or Human Services field plus one year experience working directly with people with developmental disabilities is required. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. The person selected must be QIDP approved or able to complete the QIDP training within 6 months of employment. You must have a valid driver’s license with no moving violations for the previous 12 months.
