We are seeking an individual to supervise and train the accounting staff (including, but not limited to, Accounting Clerks and Staff Accountant, IT Specialist, Senior Accountant). You will be working with the Controller in the assignment of job duties and responsibilities within the Department.  A bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum of seven years of experience in general accounting, plus prior experience in managing a multi-person department and coordination of audit is preferred.  You must have 5+ years in IT or Business Systems leadership role, and understanding of technology as well as ability to apply solutions to business problems. Candidate must pass a criminal back ground check and drug test.


We are seeking an individual to provide production of consistently high quality specialty foods including primarily confectionery/chocolate products as well as sauces, spreads, and baked good items. You would provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities and must be able to work independently. A High School diploma or equivalent with 2-3 years of food production, chocolate tempering and bakery experience is required. You must have or obtain a sanitation certificate and be able to lift at least 25 lbs. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal back ground check and drug screening.




We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join the Education and Training Department.  Overview of duties: Maintain Access database through registration activities and Employee recordkeeping/archiving, produce class lists, create monthly reports and track certification courses. Serve as a point of contact for general inquires regarding the Training Department’s services and course/certification requirements. Create and maintain training calendars, curriculum masters and copy materials for training classes. Additional activities include providing administrative support to the Manager of Quality Assurance for other Training Department initiatives, duties, and projects.  This position requires: a minimum of 2 years of college or High School Diploma with relevant experience; proficient in using Internet browsers and search applications; Microsoft Access, Word and Excel; Google Apps, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive; and data entry at a minimum of 40 WPM. Familiarity with Sage ABRA, Adobe Writer and web-based tools for developing webinars (i.e., Google+ Hangouts On Air) is a plus. The ideal candidate will compliment a professional working environment where attitude, work ethic and accountability matter.


We are seeking a caring individual to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire.  One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available (classes held Monday-Friday during normal business hours). You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.  Starting rate is $10.33 per hour.  Part time and full time 2nd and 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available.

The person selected for this position is responsible for the behavior and residential programming for a select caseload of Participants. Duties include behavior plan creation and monitoring, Individual Service Plan creation and monitoring, Participant assessment, coordination of both necessary and preferred activities for the individuals on the caseload, and direct care as needed. Minimum requirements for the position include one year of experience working with people with developmental disabilities, a bachelor’s degree in a human services field, valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening. The person selected must be QIDP approved or become approved within six months of hire. Training as needed will be provided by Lambs Farm.


We are seeking an individual to provide safe and on time transportation for Participants to and from homes, job sites, recreational activities, train stations, bus stops, as well as donation pickups and deliveries of Lambs Farm’s products and materials. A high school diploma or GED and experience in transportation such as school bus driver or driver for Special Education. You must be able to lift 80 lbs with ability to lift when picking up donations such as furniture and appliances. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to obtain a CDL license within 90 days of hire, pass a criminal background check, DOT physical and drug screening.  Hours: Monday-Friday 2pm-6pm.


We are seeking an individaul to oversee Lambs Farm’s Community Employment Program and Home Based Services Program. Supervises Community Services staff. Works to increase the number and variety of community employment locations in both individual and group sites. Bachelor’s degree in vocational rehabilitation, psychology, education or other related human service field and at least 2 years experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in a vocational setting. Supervisory experience preferred. Certified as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional or complete QIDP training within 6 months from date of hire. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal back ground check, physical and drug screening. Must have good people skills with the ability to establish excellent public relations with the business community.


We are seeking a caring individual to supervise and ensure the safety of Participants utilizing the Recreation weekend programs. Empower the participants to achieving outcomes that match their interests and abilities. High school diploma and experience in the field of developmental disabilities required. Must be able to physically train and assist persons in sports and fitness activities. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and pass a criminal back ground check, physical and drug screening. Paid DSP certification training program is available but you must be flexible with DSP classes for the first 120 days or employment (class held Monday-Friday during normal business hours). Hours: Fridays- 5:30pm-9:30pm, Saturdays-9am-5pm, Sundays-1pm-5pm.
