  OPERATIONS:

BAKERY/COUNTRY STORE PRODUCTION ASSISTANT (FULL TIME)

We are seeking an individual to assist in production of consistently high quality specialty foods including chocolate products as well as sauces, spreads, and baked good items. You would provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities and must be able to work independently. A High School diploma or equivalent with experience in food production is required. You must have or obtain a sanitation certificate within 6 months of hire and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. You must have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months.

FARMYARD PART TIME

We are seeking a part time employee for the Farmyard & Attractions at Lambs Farm. Experience in public interaction required. Candidate must demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to perform tasks independently. As a part time employee, you will be responsible for a variety of daily job tasks, which include: daily animal care (providing food, water and a clean living area), daily operations upkeep (ensuring a clean and tidy workplace, clean and uncluttered public space for visitors, checking and tending to public amenities), monthly feed/supply deliveries (must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. for extended periods of time while performing repetitive movements), provide customer service (answer questions, cashiering, operating rides), assist with tracking feed and supplies, and supervise adults with developmental disabilities. Other duties assigned as well. The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job. It is not a comprehensive list of all job responsibilities. Part time staff responsibilities will have a greater emphasis customer service while ensuring a cleanly amusement area and smooth daily operation of attractions.

QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent. Problem-solving skills and ability to work without supervision is a must. Positive, upbeat attitude and previous experience in retail or customer service environment desired.

GARDEN  & PET CENTER/THRIFT SHOP SALES ASSOCIATE

We are seeking an individual to assist with animal care, retail sales, customer service and overall maintenance of a clean and safe work environment. Candidate would provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities and must be able to work independently. A High School diploma or equivalent with knowledge of domestic animals i.e., cats, dogs. You must be able to read adoption/sales contract to customers during time of purchase. Candidate will also assist in our Thrift Shop.

  QUALITY ASSURANCE:

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – EDUCATION AND TRAINING DEPT

We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join the Education and Training Department.

Overview of duties: Maintain Microsoft Access database through registration activities and Employee recordkeeping/archiving, produce class lists, create monthly reports and track certification courses. Serve as a point of contact for general inquires regarding the Training Department’s services and course/certification requirements. Create and maintain training calendars, curriculum masters and copy materials for training classes. Additional activities include providing administrative support to the Manager of Quality Assurance for other Training Department initiatives, duties, and projects.

This position requires: Microsoft Access, Word and Excel proficiency; data entry at a minimum of 50 WPM; must have working knowledge of Google Apps including Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Drive including Internet browsers and search applications. Familiarity with web-based tools for developing webinars (i.e., Google+ Hangouts On Air) is a plus. A minimum of 2 years of college or a High School Diploma with relevant experience. The ideal candidate will compliment a professional working environment where attitude, work ethic and accountability matter.

  RESIDENTIAL:

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

We are seeking a caring individual to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.   One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available (classes held Monday-Friday during normal business hours).  You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire.  You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.  Part time and full time 2nd and 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available.  Starting pay is $10.33/hour.  Salary is higher with experience and DSP Certification.

 VOCATIONAL:

RETIREMENT SPECIALIST

We are seeking an individual to provide senior/retirement services. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. One year related working experience required and DSP certification is a plus. Experience with ADL’s is desirable. You must be physically able to train persons on job tasks, have effective verbal, written and computer skills plus a valid driver’s license, with a good driving record.
