We are seeking an individual to assist in production of consistently high quality specialty foods including chocolate products as well as sauces, spreads, and baked good items. You would provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities and must be able to work independently. A High School diploma or equivalent with experience in food production is required. You must have or obtain a sanitation certificate within 6 months of hire and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. You must have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months.




We are seeking a clerical assistant with at least 2 years of office experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access. Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects. This position may include transporting and accompanying Participants to the DMV or other offices to update their ID/RTA cards and other documents. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Valid driver’s license with good driving record required. Position is 29 hours a week; work hours between 8 am and 5 pm (days and hours negotiable).



We are seeking a caring individual to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.   One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available (classes held Monday-Friday during normal business hours).  You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire.  You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.  Part time and full time 2nd and 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available.  Starting pay is $10.33/hour.  Salary is higher with experience and DSP Certification.


Lambs Farm is seeking an ICF Co-Manager/Case Manager to help assist the Residential Manager in supervising personnel and oversee the daily operations of the ICF as well as Program planning, and maintenance of the building and the scheduling of staff. Additional responsibilities include, overseeing inspections in compliance with state standards, provide necessary training, and offering direct care and assistance with activities of daily living as needed. As part of your duties, you will act as a liaison with guardians, families and friends and aid in resolution to financial and insurance matters. Applicant is responsible for Participant advocacy at health, psychiatric and counseling appointments.This position requires a bachelor’s degree in the Human Services field, as well as one year of experience, working with the developmentally disabled population. A QIDP Certification is required within one year of employment and obtain your DSP Certification within 120 days of employment. One must also complete all necessary training courses and certification courses within 120 days of employment. You must be able to pass criminal background checks, fingerprinting and drug screening. Position requires a valid driver’s license and insurance, with a good driving record.



The Job Coach provides supported employment training for persons working in the community and on grounds. The ideal candidate is creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. You must possess skills to work independently with outside vendors. A High School diploma is required.Associate or Bachelor’s degree and one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities preferred. You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal back ground check, physical and drug screening. You must be physically able to train persons on job tasks. Basic computer skills preferred. Salary starts at $10.33 per hour.
