Lambs Farm is seeking an individual to assist with repair, service and maintenance of all Lambs Farm Buildings.  There will be an emphasis on construction and carpentry skills.  Applicant must have the ability to coordinate with other crew members to ensure timely completion of required tasks.  Experience in all types of maintenance such as, but not limited to, overhauls, installation and troubleshooting; including basic electrical, plumbing, painting and taping.  Background knowledge of HVAC work and controls, a plus.  Grounds work includes, but is not limited to, lawn care, trees, shrubs, and litter and garbage removal.  Snow and ice removal in inclement weather and coordinating with volunteer groups during projects.  You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check, fingerprinting, physical and drug screening.  This is a full time position.



We are seeking an individual to assist in production of consistently high quality specialty foods including chocolate products as well as sauces, spreads, and baked good items. You would provide training and supervision to adults with developmental disabilities and must be able to work independently. A High School diploma or equivalent with experience in food production is required. You must have or obtain a sanitation certificate within 6 months of hire and be able to lift at least 50 lbs. You must have a valid driver’s license free of moving violations for previous 12 months.


Lambs Farm is seeking a Dishwasher, for our Magnolia Café.  The hours are 8 am – 4 pm.  Weekday hours are flexible, but weekend availability is necessary.  Tasks include setting up and breaking down the dish washing machine, dish washing, mopping and taking out the trash; as well as all other tasks assigned.



We are seeking a clerical assistant with at least 2 years of office experience. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Access. Excellent oral and written communication skills needed. Able to work independently and handle multiple projects. This position may include transporting and accompanying Participants to the DMV or other offices to update their ID/RTA cards and other documents. Must be able to speak, read and write English. Valid driver’s license with good driving record required. Position is 29 hours a week; work hours between 8 am and 5 pm (days and hours negotiable).



We are seeking a full time Administrative Assistant to join the Education and Training Department. Overview of duties: Maintain Access database through registration activities and Employee record keeping/archiving, produce class lists, create monthly reports and track certification courses. Serve as a point of contact for general inquires regarding the Training Department’s services and course/certification requirements. Create and maintain training calendars, curriculum masters and copy materials for training classes. Additional activities include providing administrative support to the Manager of Quality Assurance for other Training Department initiatives, duties, and projects.  This position requires: a minimum of 2 years of college or High School Diploma with relevant experience; proficient in using Internet browsers and search applications; Microsoft Access, Word and Excel; Google Apps, including Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive; and data entry at a minimum of 50 WPM. Familiarity with web-based tools for developing webinars (i.e., Google+ Hangouts On Air) is a plus. The ideal candidate will compliment a professional working environment where attitude, work ethic and accountability matter.



We are seeking a caring individual to assist adults with developmental disabilities to achieve their personal goals and daily living skills. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.   One to two years related experience preferred. DSP certification also preferred. Paid DSP certification training program is available (classes held Monday-Friday during normal business hours).  You must show proof of a high school diploma or equivalent upon hire.  You must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, pass a criminal background check, physical and drug screening.  Part time and full time 2nd and 3rd shift positions that include working weekends available.  Starting pay is $10.33/hour.  Salary is higher with experience and DSP Certification.



We are seeking an individual to oversee Lambs Farm’s Community Employment and Home Based Services Programs. You would supervise Community Services staff and work to increase the number and variety of community employment locations, and support individuals receiving Home Based Services.  A Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Education or other related Human Services field is required, along with at least 2 years of experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities. Supervisory experience is preferred.  Applicant must be certified as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional or complete QIDP training within 6 months of hire. You must have a valid driver’s license, with a good driving record. Good people skills, with the ability to establish excellent public relations within the business community, is necessary


We are seeking an individual to provide senior/retirement services. The ideal candidate should be creative, energetic, and a self-starter with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. One year related working experience required and DSP certification is a plus. Experience with ADL’s is desirable. You must be physically able to train persons on job tasks, have effective verbal, written and computer skills plus a valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
