Community Employment Program
Through an individualized approach, the Lambs Farm Community Employment Program meets the staffing needs of local businesses while providing challenging employment opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities.
Lambs Farm Employment Specialists provide on-the-job training and follow-along support to ensure consistent and satisfactory job performance. Job tasks are analyzed, training procedures are implemented, and support is provided until the employee can independently perform the job. Additional supervision and counseling services are available to ensure the success and progress of each employee.
Supported Employment Program
Through a team approach, the Lambs Farm Supported Employment Program meets your staffing needs by providing a dedicated group of workers along with a consistent job coach.
Job tasks are analyzed, training procedures are implemented, and on-going support is provided by job coaches on-site at your facility. For those businesses who only require a few employees, an individual supported employment program is available with weekly or biweekly job coaching services.
